Advocacy Day (7:00 am - 4:30 pm) Register by May 11
Patients and Doctors are invited to meet with their representatives to raise awareness about dry eye disease and the need for NEI funding. Advanced training is provided by the National Alliance for Eye and Vision Research (NAEVR). Advocacy Day participants will also attend NAEVR’s Dry Eye Disease Congressional Briefing. Register here.

Saturday, July 12
Patient Symposium (8:30 am - 4:30 pm)
A full day of patient and doctor panel discussions, moderated by DEF. Sessions range from examining disease impact and problem-solving discussions (including mental health) to disease, diagnosis and treatment topics, a deep dive into "What works?" from both scientific and real-world perspectives, strategies for bridging communication gaps in the patient-doctor relationship, and what the future of DED holds. The symposium will be held in-person in DC and Livestreamed.
